For more than 40 years, Céreq has been studying the changes taking place in work, modes of workforce management and organisational contexts. In recent years, particular attention has been paid to the way in which work and occupations are changing under the influence of an ageing population, the rise in qualification levels among the working population and the arrival in the labour market of large numbers of higher education graduates and the digital and ecological transitions.
