A new sense of purpose for young NEETs in the context of the ecological transition
Traditional approaches to career and vocational guidance are often insufficient to help young people in NEET situations (i.e. not in employment, education or training) find their way. As an experiment involving alternative approaches, the "100% transition" mentoring programme sees the ecological transition as an opportunity for both young people and their mentors to learn to look beyond their career goals. Commissioned to evaluate the societal impact of this project on the participants, the Céreq presents here its results after completing three sessions of this original experiment.
