Céreq investigates lifelong learning from the point of view of the construction of the training offer and its certifications. The studies are concerned with changes in the vocational pathway, apprenticeship policy and the ways in which the initial training charts are drawn up, as well as on the market for continuing vocational training and the changes it is undergoing. These studies provide the basis for examining the modes of regulating and organising public action in their entirety.
