The scope for transformative ecology in food retailing
What do the employees of an organic food shop or a city-centre dairy and cheese shop have to say about their work? As part of a study into the greening of practical working practices in food retailing, this Céreq Bref presents the results of a specific survey of two small-scale cases in the sector, seeking to reconcile militant commitment and economic viability.
